Cooling and heating compress
The universal compress that should not be missing in any medicine cabinet. The HARO cold and warm compress is a reusable gel compress that is very versatile.
For cold use, the gel cushions are simply cooled down in the freezer for approx. 2 hours. As a cold compress, they are particularly suitable for the long-lasting treatment of acute injuries. They can also help alleviate the following symptoms:

For warm application, the compresses can either be warmed up for approx. 2 minutes in a water bath or at 280 watts for 45 seconds in the microwave.
