Cooling and heating compress
The universal compress that should not be missing in any medicine cabinet. The HARO cold and warm compress is a reusable gel compress that is very versatile.
For cold use, the gel cushions are simply cooled down in the freezer for approx. 2 hours. As a cold compress, they are particularly suitable for the long-lasting treatment of acute injuries. They can also help alleviate the following symptoms:
tendon injuries / irritations
tendinitis
inflammation of the joints and muscles
bruises and bruises
swelling
insect bites
For warm application, the compresses can either be warmed up for approx. 2 minutes in a water bath or at 280 watts for 45 seconds in the microwave. The warm pillows are then suitable for the treatment of chronic injuries and complaints such as tendon damage, tension or sore muscles. In addition, the heat ensures better blood flow to the treated area.
